A minimum deposit of £20.00 secures a studio shoot booking so that it is no longer available to other clients and is therefore non-refundable and non-transferable. A booking will only be held for 24 hours pending a deposit payment. For all other bookings the deposit required will be discussed prior to booking.

Following the payment of the deposit the outstanding balance for all bookings must be paid in full at the shoot. If a combi shoot has been booked the full balance is due at the first shoot. For all other bookings the full balance is due 60 days before the event date.

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. As detailed above your deposit is non refundable and therefore will be lost at the point of cancellation.

If further payments have been made these will be refunded provided that it is not within 24 hours in the case of a studio shoot or 60 days for all other bookings, in this case no refund being given.

Sophia's Little Sparkles Photography understands that due to illness or unforeseen events bookings dates / times do occasionally need to be moved. This may be done at the discretion of Sophia's Little Sparkles Photography. It is not guaranteed that a move will be possible and only one change per booking will be permitted.

In the case of newborn shoots the booking date will be provisionally booked and a date organised as soon as possible after the birth.

All vouchers are non-refundable and need to be booked within 6 months of the date of purchase. Any vouchers that have not been redeemed after 6 months of purchase will no longer be valid.

In the event of uncooperative children at a session of any kind, for any reason, Sophia's Little Sparkles Photography may not be able to capture any, or all of the images the client may have requested or expected. The client is responsible for all children at all sessions. damages or breakages to be replaced or paid for by the client before images are released.

Due to a space limitation we ask that a maximum of 5 persons attend a photo shoot. Sophia's Little Sparkles Photography reserves the right to cancel your session on the day if there are more than 5 persons attending without prior agreement.

Camera's, camera phones, camcorders or any other recording equipment is NOT permitted during any session, either in the studio or on location, without the expressed permission of Sophia's Little Sparkles Photography.

Sophia's Little Sparkles Photography aims to get your pictures returned to you as soon as possible following a photo shoot. Although it may take up to 21 days following the date of your photo shoot for the images to be edited and available for collection. In the case of prints this may take an additional week.

The client may not alter or add or manipulate a picture by any means or reproduce a picture in whole or in part as an element within, or as a montage with, another picture without Sophia's Little Sparkles Photography written permission.

All bookings are subject to government guidelines regarding Covid-19. Should your session be unable to go ahead, it will be swapped for an age appropriate session of equal value as soon as it is safe to do so.

Sophia's Little Sparkles Photography asks that you follow all current government guidelines regarding Covid-19 when attending your shoot - including but not limited to mask wearing, hand washing and social distancing.

While every safety precaution is taken to minimise risk by placing a booking clients accept that Sophia's Little Sparkles Photography will not be held responsible for any infection of Covid-19 after clients session at the studio.
