Please note that our terms and conditions and prices are subject to change without prior notice. The prices of any bookings that have already paid deposit will be honoured irrespective of any future price changes.
A minimum deposit of £20.00 secures a studio shoot booking so that it is no longer available to other clients and is therefore non-refundable and non-transferable. For all other bookings the deposit required will be discussed prior to booking.
Following the payment of the deposit the outstanding balance for all bookings must be paid in full at the shoot. If a combi shoot has been booked the full balance is due at the first shoot. For all other bookings the full balance is due 60 days before the event date
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. As detailed above your deposit is non refundable and therefore will be lost at the point of cancellation.
If further payments have been made these will be refunded provided that it is not within 24 hours in the case of a studio shoot or 60 days for all other bookings, in this case no refund being given.
Sophia's Little Sparkles Photography understands that due to illness or unforeseen events bookings dates / times do occasionally need to be moved. This may be done at the discretion of Sophia's Little Sparkles Photography. It is not guaranteed that a move will be possible and only one change per booking will be permitted.
In the case of newborn shoots the booking date will be provisionally booked and a date organised as soon as possible after the birth.
Sophia's Little Sparkles Photography aims to get your pictures returned to you as soon as possible following a photo shoot. Although it may take up to 21 days following the date of your photo shoot for the images to be edited and available for collection. In the case of prints this may take an additional week.
All vouchers are non-refundable and need to be booked within 6 months of the date of purchase. Any vouchers that have not been redeemed after 6 months of purchase will no longer be valid.
